Braves Lose 6-2 Decision to St. Louis
Ellis Kinder, who is tied for 5th in the NL with a 1.12 WHIP, had a strong outing for the St. Louis Cardinals against the Boston Braves at Braves Field. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-2 win. Kinder yielded 1 run over 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 1, and struck out 5. His record improves to 3-2.
