The Detroit Tigers defeated the Cleveland Guardians by the score of 6-2, with the biggest share of the credit going to first baseman Eddie Robinson. Robinson hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Tigers on the day. With the victory, the Tigers upped their record to 26-15.
