Feller Masters Chicago in Complete Game Win

St. Louis turned a fine outing from starter Bob Feller into a victory over the Chicago White Sox at Comiskey Park. The final score was 2-1. The defeat makes Chicago 5-7.
Feller, a native of Van Meter, Iowa, was dealing all game. He kept Chicago hitters off-balance, while giving the Browns 9 quality innings. Feller threw 138 pitches, allowing 5 hits and striking out 7.
