Mulcahy Injured in Freak Off-Field Accident Saturday, May 4th , 1946 Wacky things do happen, and one just did to Boston's reliever Hugh Mulcahy. He won't be playing baseball for at least 5 months after suffering a broken bone in the elbow, which happened when he tripped over the curb. |
